MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 10th OCTOBER 2024 AT 7PM AT CLLR. GRANTHAMS OFFICE.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Richard Scarborough, PC Clement Earle, PC Jackie Morris, PC Becky Shaw.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1. There were no members of the public attending.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 PC Richard Scarborough, County Cllr Rob Kendrick.
3. Minutes of meeting held on 18th July 2024.
3.1 The minutes were read and signed and confirmed as a true copy of the meeting.
4. Anaerobic Digestor Plant.
4.1 Updates were discussed.
5. New Reactive Speed sign in High Street.
5.1. The new speed sign has been installed.
6. Poppy Wreath Remembrance Sunday.
6.1 A wreath is to be purchased and laid at the war memorial on Remembrance Sunday.
7. Defibrillator checks.
7.1 New contact details for the Village Hall are to be sent to The Circuit.
8. Planning Applications.
8.1 24/0835/HOUS 10 Butt Lane – circ. 21/8 approved 4/10.
9. Financial Update cheques written.

11.1 Large holes at goalmouths in playpark reported
11.2 Litter problem in playpark. Facebook request to be added to put litter in bins.
11.3 Dogs being walked through children’s play park. Facebook request to be added to ask owners not to use it as a cut through.

The date for the next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 16th January 2025 at 7pm Cllr Grantham’s Office.
