MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 14th MARCH 2024 AT 7PM AT CLR GRANTHAMS OFFICE.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Jonathan Pearson, PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Richard Scarborough, PC Clement Earle, PC Jackie Morris.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1 Two members of the public.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 PC Becky Shaw, DC Rob Kendrick.
3. Minutes of meeting held on 11th January 2024.
3.1 The minutes were read and signed and confirmed as a true copy of the meeting.
4. Anaerobic Digestor Plant.
4.1 Any updates were discussed.
5. Pinfold Lane speeding.
5.1. Concerns were received from residents in Pinfold Lane regarding agricultural vehicles speeds. The speed limit on the lane is to be looked at.
6. New Reactive Speed sign in High Street.
6.1. It was agreed that a new battery reactive speed sign is to be purchased for the High Street.
7. Bus Shelter Grant Scheme.
7.1 It was agreed to apply for the grant via LCC Bus Infrastructure as a quote had been obtained.
8. Planning Applications.
8.1 There were no planning applications.
9. Financial Update cheques written.
9.1 It was agreed to subscribe to Lincolnshire Assoc. of Local Council for 2024/25 at £184.48.
9.2 Grass cutting fees from Glendale for 2024/25 increasing to £73.22 + VAT per cut.

The date of the Annual Parish Meeting followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th May 2024 at Walcott Village Hall.
