MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 18th JULY 2024 AT 7PM AT CLLR. GRANTHAMS OFFICE.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Richard Scarborough, PC Clement Earle, PC Jackie Morris.
Also present: CC Rob Kendrick, Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1. There were no members of the public attending.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 PC Jonathan Pearson, PC Becky Shaw.
3. Minutes of meeting held on 14th May 2024.
3.1 The minutes were read and signed and confirmed as a true copy of the meeting.
4. Anaerobic Digestor Plant.
4.1 Updates were discussed.
5. New Reactive Speed sign in High Street.
5.1. The new speed sign has been ordered.
6. King Charles Portrait.
6.1 The Village Hall Committee are to be asked if they would like the portrait.
7. Zip Wire and Goal Nets.
7.1 Proludic are to be contacted to repair the zip wire. Goal nets are to be purchased for the posts plus ties and ground hooks. The Clerk to sort.
8. Planning Applications.
8.1 There were no new planning applications.
9. Financial Update cheques written.
