MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 6th JULY 2023 AT 7PM AT CLR GRANTHAMS OFFICE.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Jonathan Pearson, PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Becky Shaw, PC Richard Scarborough, PC Jackie Morris PC Graham Black.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1 One member of the public attended.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 DC Gill Ogden, CC Rob Kendrick.
3. Minutes of meeting held on 16th May 2023.
3.1 The minutes were read and signed and confirmed as a true copy of the meeting.
4. De-fibrillator pads renewal.
4.1 New pads and a charge stick are to be ordered and fitted.
5. High Street Yellow Lines.
5.1. Yellow lines are still being considered.
6. Speed Signs.
6.1. Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership are to be contacted to see if the speed activated devices in the High Street can be updated.
7. Anerobic Digestor Plant.
7.1 Updates on progress of the scoping request are to be asked for. A residents meeting with AFP Ltd is to be planned for later in the year.
8. Community Speed Watch Update.
8.1 A report was read out to update the Parish Councillors.
9. Churchyard Cutting Donation.
9.1 A contribution towards the grass cutting in the churchyard was discussed.
10. Laptop and expenses.
10.1 The Parish Council laptop is to be looked at and repaired if necessary.
11. Planning Applications.
11.1 Erection of storage facility at Holme Farm, Gravel Hill Drove. Refused.
12. Financial Update cheques written.

14.1 ROSPA Playsafety are to be contacted to inspect the playing field equipment for 2023/24.
14.2 Strimming around the village speed gates needs to be done. Fix my Street to be contacted.
15. Date of next meeting.
The date of the next Parish Council Meeting will be on Thursday 5th October 2023 at 7pm at Cllr Grantham’s office in Pinfold Lane.
