MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 21st JANUARY 2021 VIA ZOOM AT 7PM.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Jonathan Pearson, PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Richard Scarborough.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1 No request from public. None present.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 CC R. Kendrick, DC G. Ogden, PC G. Flatters PC G. Black.
3. Notes of the last meeting held on 20th October 2020 to be approved as minutes.
3.1 Glendale are to be asked to quote for churchyard cutting. Cllr. Grantham to organise.
3.2 The minutes of the last meeting were confirmed and signed.
4. Precept.
4.1 It was decided to keep the Precept as last year’s amount.
5. Troughs
5.1 The troughs are to be sited now the gateways are in place.

9.1. The Bus Shelter is to be inspected for any repairs.
9.2. The pavements in West End need repairing. The Clerk to contact highways.
9.3 Cardyke Parish Newsletter. The Clerk to ask for a copy for the Parish Councillors.

The date of the next Parish Council meeting is to be held on Thursday 25th March 2021 at 7pm. By Zoom to be confirmed.
