MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 15th JANUARY 2026 AT 7PM AT CLLR. GRANTHAMS OFFICE.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Clement Earl, PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Jackie Morris.
Also present: DC Rob Kendrick, Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1. No residents were present.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 PC Richard Scarborough, PC Becky Shaw, PC Jonathan Pearson.
3. Minutes of Parish Council meeting held on 8th October 2025.
3.1 The minutes were read and signed and confirmed as a true copy of the meeting.
4. PRECEPT and budget 2026/27.
4.1. It was decided to apply for £7304.48 for the precept payable 1st April 2026.
5. Moveable Speed Device, High Street.
5.1 Data reports were discussed.
6. Defib charger and pads.
6.1 New pads and charger are to be ordered.
7. War memorial damage update.
7.1 The cross measurements are to be given to the churchwarden for quotation purposes. It was suggested the stone cross to be replaced with a metal cross.
8. Progress and comments on digestor plant.
8.1 An update email was asked for by the clerk but none received.
9. CABD/L.I.V.E.’s donation 2026/7.
9.1 A donation is to be made to L.I.V.E’s . The Clerk to sort.
10. Planning Applications.
10.1 25/1448/FUL- Erection of a free range egg laying unit (amended scheme of 21/0938/FUL) Retrospective. Circ 16/12
11. Financial Update.
11.1 Cheques written.

12.1. NKDC – Corporate Civic setting of Precepts.
12.2 . Resident – Asking for parking update at Pinfold Lane.
12.3 LCC Bryan Gault – Pinfold Lane parking problem update.
12.4 Resident – Fence damage from fallen tree at Castleview.
13. Any other business to be discussed.
13.1 An update from Bryan Gault was received and discussed regarding Pinfold Lane parking.
13.2 Lincolnshire Assoc. Local Councils subs renewal for 2026/27 at £198.44.
14. Date of next Parish Council meeting.
14.1 The next Parish Council meeting will be held on Thursday 12th March 2026 at Cllr Grantham’s office in Pinfold Lane at 7pm.
