MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 30TH JULY 2020 AT CLLR GRANTHAM’S OFFICE AT 7PM.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Jonathan Pearson, PC Jackie Morris.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1 None present.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 CC R. Kendrick, DC G. Ogden, PC G. Flatters, PC R. Scarborough, PC G Black, PC S. Lawrence.
3. Notes of the last meeting held on 19th March to be approved as minutes.
3.1 It was resolved to accept the minutes. The minutes of the last meeting were confirmed and signed.
4. Playing Field Footpath.
4.1 Contact is to be with the installer regarding its repair.
5. Bible update.
5.1 Cllr Grantham to obtain quotes.
6. Village Gateways.
6.1 Planning permission is to be applied for. The Clerk to sort.
7. Church Donation.
7.1 A donation is to be given to St Oswald’s church towards the upkeep of the churchyard.
8. L.I.V.E.S/Red Cross/CABD Donation 2020.
8.1 A donation is to be made to CABD for 2020.
9. Updated Code of Conduct.
9.1 The new code of conduct is to be circulated to the Parish Councillors and its approval discussed at the next meeting.
10. To approve and sign Certificate of Exemption AGAR 2019/20 Part 2.
10.1 Approved and Signed by the Chair and Parish Clerk.
11. Financial Matters - Financial report and accounts for payments.
11.1 Approved and signed Section 1 AGS 2019/20.
11.2 Approved and signed Section 2 AGS 2019/20.
11.3 CPRE subscription for 2020/21 approved for renewal.
11.4 A VAT return was submitted and £164.19 was received.

12. Planning Applications
12.1 20/0533/FUL Poultry Farm re-submission for erection of agricultural dwelling in connection to the poultry farm. Opposite Elms Field, Main Road, Thorpe Tilney. (circ. 6/5)
12.2 Extension to existing free range poultry unit (Building 1,2,3). Permitted development order 1995 – Application for prior notification. Shaws Farm, Land NW High Street, Walcott (circ. 14/5) and an objection raised (16/5).

13.5 NKDC - Posters for 2 metre distancing and face mask etiquette on public transport put up in Noticeboard.
14. Any other business to be discussed
14.1. The public footpath at Catley Abbey needs cutting. The Clerk to contact the land owner.
14.2 A temporary repair is to be made to the playing field footpath.
14.3 Two metre distancing signs have been put up at the playing field entrances and on the playing field noticeboard.
15. Date of next meeting.
The date of the next Parish Council meeting is to be held on Thursday 22nd October at 7pm at Cllr. Grantham’s office.
