MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 19TH MARCH 2020 AT CLLR GRANTHAM’S OFFICE AT 7PM.
Present: PC Simon Grantham (Chair), PC Richard Scarborough, PC Sarah Lawrence, PC Jackie Morris.
Also present: Tracy Martin (Clerk).
1. Public Forum.
1.1 One resident present.
2. Apologies for Absence.
2.1 CC R. Kendrick, DC G. Ogden, PC G. Flatters, PC J Pearson, PC G Black.
3. Notes of the last meeting held on 16th January to be approved as minutes.
3.1 It was resolved to accept the minutes. The minutes of the last meeting were confirmed and signed.
4. To discuss St Oswald’s churchyard.
4.1 A letter was received from the churchwarden updating the Parish Councillors on the upkeep of the churchyard (circulated).
5. Bible visit.
5.1 A contact is to be sought for a restoration quote. Cllr Grantham to organise.
6. High Street footpath.
6.1 Cllr Grantham to speak to the builders to tidy the pavement outside the building site.
7. Village Gateways/Planters.
7.1 Gateway positions on the High Street to be re-looked at and confirmed.
8. Playing field footpath repair.
8.1 Quotes are to be sought.
9. Financial Matters - Financial report and accounts for payments.
9.1 Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils subscription for 2020/21 to be renewed.

The date of the next Walcott Parish Council Parish meeting will be held Thursday 21st May 2020 at 7pm. The church to be contacted for church to be free.
